Is there anything that affects a distribution?
A: Yes! The only thing that would hinder a distribution would
be weather. Some of those issues include, wind, rain, blizzard,
or anything else Mother Nature can throw our way. If your material
has
a possibility of being ruined by the weather conditions that
serves no purpose to you or DMS. You want leads, and you will not
get
them if the weather conditions are not right.
2. Do you guarantee your distribution?
A: Yes, 95% of it. I will go ahead and answer the next question
for you. 95% means that when we are out in the field, there
is a possibility
that a street will be missed, or a cul-de-sac here or there.
But all your material will be distributed and we will do our
best to
hit every street. The 5% margin of error is just an industry
standard.
3. What if I already have material printed, will you
distribute my printed material?
A: We do this all the time, especially for our franchises. We understand
that you have your own printers. We would be more then happy to
distribute the material that has been pre-printed.

How do I know what piece would be most effective for my organization?
A: That is a great question. This is where I would refer you
to one of our sales representatives to discuss your various options.

like. We can do everything from start to finish. 1) Create your
piece 2) Print your material 3) Target prospects using our comprehensive

I just need you to print the material and I want to mail it myself.
That works too.
We would just eliminate steps 3) Targeting prospects using our
comprehensive mailing lists, and 4) Mailing it. But if you need
a mailing list, we are more then happy to create one for you.

7. What if
I already have the material, will you just do the mailing?

9. How do you

It is simple, we
are registered and have an approved SAN# and only call the people
that are not on the do not call registry. Our lists are scrubbed
and updated everyday to eliminate callers who have registered.

be beneficial to me and my company?
Depending on the
industry just about any time you direct mail a prospect, it would
be a good idea to call them too. This is what DMS refers to a
2 step marketing campaign. If you unsure that this would be a

is now offering web design and redesign services.
You can work with one of our designers who will help
capture the essence of your business with a professionally
designed web site. If you just need help in redesigning
or updating your current site, we can also help you
with that.

What do I need in order to get started?
If you do not
already have a webhost, will can suggest some reputable and
reasonably priced companies that will host your site for around
$10.00 (or less) per month. You will need to decide on an available domain
name and we can help make suggestions on possible names. Once
you are signed up with an Internet webhost and have a registered
domain name, you will receive passwords to your website which
we will need, to upload all of your web site files. We will
also need for you to submit information to us regarding the
content that you want on your site.
13. What
does it cost to create a website from scratch?
We have two tiers in which we charge. For a web site with up to 7 pages of
basic graphic design/html, we will provide you with
several web page design ideas and based on you selection, design a custom web
site look for you. A designer will talk with you personally
to find out your vision for your web site and make suggestions about designing
your site. We will continuously provide you with Internet links so you can
check on the progress of your site to see how it is developing and give you
the opportunity to supply us with feedback and requested changes. We also include
6 months of minor updates to your site for free and submit your site to search
engines.
For the more sophisticated sites we can do an hourly rate. Because
there is such a wide variety of web site features available, we suggest you
